I am a naturopathic doctor sitting at the intersection of evidence-based care and the inherent mystery of healing. I have advanced training in constitutional homeopathy, integrative perinatal medicine and am a certified MotherCircle Facilitator. I also serve on the board of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians. 

Above all, I am a woman who has walked the path of matrescence. I am a mother to one earthside baby, have experienced pregnancy loss and the gaps in routine perinatal care that I now advocate for.
